Sacramento area bottle shops

I have a friend in Sacramento today that offered to pick up some beer for me. I was hoping to get some Russian River, Firestone Walker, and Dogfish Head; as none of those are distributed in my area. I looked online and found a couple large liquor stores, but I was hoping to get some other suggestions for places that carry a large selection of beer so I can point her in the right direction. A knowledgeable staff would be a plus as she doesn't know much about beer. Thanks for any help!

So this is quite a while after your post and likely too late... But... Nugget market is good. Think regional whole Foods. Should have all those. Plus if add Cali Craft, Rubicon Brew Co (they are downtown in sac) Ruhstaller.

Nugget in West Sac has a great selection.
