I have asked a variation of this before but never got a real answer.

My first batch was a lager with ale yeast and it has been fermentig (at room temo because otherwise it wouldn't ferment) for 3 weeks. FG has settled. But it looks like piss. It tastes great (minus the carb) but it is no way shape or form clear.

Shall I
1) do secondary and drop the temp down
2) bottle and leave for several months
3) add gelatine and do either 1 or 2

...or is it cloudy forever. I'll still drink it but others won't!

i am making the exact same thing, mine went to secondary and a cooler room in basement a couple weeks ago.
It was slow to clear up, but it is like crystal now... gonna bottle soon! (or keg if I can find some!)

If you refrigerate it itll take a couple of weeks to clear on its own,or you can use finnings
