base malts<--> DME

I apologize, as im sure this has been answered before but i couldnt find a straightforward answer. Im just diving into PM and am trying to figure out some future recipes. so the question is: how do you convert lbs of base malt (say 2-row) to lbs DME (light?)?

Here is a nicely explained conversion example and table. It also depends on how good your efficiency is when you mash but I would think this is pretty accurate. I think he is using 75% efficiency.
