I began an apricot wheat brew on March 25. I added apricot puree on the 28th. I had intended to bottle a little earlier, but life got in the way. OK to go ahead and bottle this or is the fruit addition a problem being on the yeast this long? Will add 4 oz. lactose and 2 oz. apricot extract along with the 3'4's cup dextrose at bottling.
