Hello, I am in Orange County, CA, and a new brewer. My latest brew was a 1 gallon batch of NB German Blonde Ale, and I would appreciate comments/critique from someone with some experience. The beer is definitely drinkable (I've had a few of them), but I also feel that there is some kind of subtle off-flavor but I can't really identify what it is or why it's there. I'm thinking that someone with some experience may be able to tell me. I promise it's not something that's going to make you gag or anything like that. If someone wouldn't mind taking the time to sample a bottle and give feedback I'd really appreciate it. I can drive to you, or vice-versa, doesn't matter to me. Shoot me a PM if you're interested.
