Hello,

So the BB Oktoberfest kit is in the primary and everything has been moving along just as planned (temps had been fairly consistent around 67-70). The last few days have been quite chilly, and the fermenter has been at a cool 63 degrees. The BB kits use Munton's yeast, and I was wondering if these cool temps were enough to make them dormant. Thanks!

63 degrees F should be fine for most yeast, in fact it's probably better than the 67-70 you had before. If it's been a few days since you started, most of the fermentation is probably done anyway. The first 4-5 days are the most important for temperature IMO.
