Need some feedback on Stout recipe

Second guessing this recipe post-purchase. I can batch Sparge about 6lbs of grain comfortably with the stove and oven. Able to hold a constant 154 for 60 min.

I'm getting varying OG and IBU numbers from Brewmasters Warehouse and brewPal. What I'd like is a combo of roast and oats flavor but I don't want the roasted barely and dark malt with the hops to be too bitter. Not sure whether 3oz of Fuggle 60 min is overkill.

Anyway, this is what I'll have, would like to hear thoughts. Thanks.

Btw, this will be my 4th batch. First 3 went reasonably well, but they were a lot simpler than this mix.

Kent Goldings, UK Pellets 1 oz @ 15 mins
