Favorite HBT Imperial Stout Recipe??

Hey everyone...I'm gearing-up to brew a pretty hefty imperial stout (10%-ish) for this winter, and have seen many HBT recipes that look amazing. I'm also contemplating giving the Deschuttes Abyss Clone a try, but the thread seemed to fizzle out before anyone who brewed it gave their reviews. If you would, please weigh-in on your favorite HBT imperial stout recipe (Russian or otherwise) and tell me why you like it, and what, if anything, you'd change about it. Feel free to get creative about what you might add to secondary, late boil additions etc. Thanks everyone

Only ever made one, the Midwest Supplies kit. It's good, but it's way on the low end for abv.
