I'm going to be brewing the AHS Dunkelweizen this Saturday. I've never done a wheat-based beer before, and I'm wondering if my process needs to be tweaked at all.
My previous brews have gone 3 weeks in the primary (give or take a few days), and then 3+ weeks in the bottle. With wheat beers, should they spend less time in primary, or is there a maximum conditioning time once I get them in bottles?
