Currently I'm using extracts for my brewing and was wondering how hard, or techical was Mash brewing. Is there a step by step page for it, or step by step site?

g:confused:

It's a lot easier than people think it is.

You might want to start with some partial mashes, first, depending on what equipment you currently have. Full-bore AG brewing requires that you buy/build a mash tun and be able to do full wort boils (and cool them). Partial mashing lets you get some of the freshness and flexibily of brewing with grain, without requiring very much in terms of additional gear over what you use for extract batches.
