Question, do you consider the affects of adding yeast nutrient to the boil when adjusting water chemistry?

No. There aren't significant amounts of important brewing ions in yeast nutrient. RDWAHAHB.

I use Wyeast which is:

A blend of vitamins, minerals, inorganic nitrogen, organic nitrogen, zinc, phosphates and other trace elements that will benefit yeast growth and complete fermentation.

Using 2.2 grams seems like a tiny amount even if it was all salts so I don't consider it at all.
