My beer has been sitting in a primary for almost 5 weeks now. I ordered a bottle capper and the deal fell through, so I was stuck without any alternative but to let the beer set for an extra two weeks. the beer is an ale fermented with a white labs pacific ale yeast, a pitchable. I'm just wondering what this is going to do to the end result of my beer?
