The title pretty much says it. I have a Barleywine I am oak aging and I was trying to decide when to prime with. I dont have anything on hand at the moment so I have to go buy something when the time comes. I was thinking about trying something different like honey or something to prime with. What experience do other people have priming with other things.

Since it's a Barleywine, it should be plenty complex already. It's also probably quite high in alcohol with stressed yeast. So, bottle with a simple sugar, like corn sugar, and consider adding a few grains of dry yeast (Nottingham?) to each.
