I am on my second batch (Chinook IPA) and the recipe calls for dry hopping. Should i use a muslin bag even if i am racking to a secondary glass carboy? And if so how mush of a pain is it to get out once i bottle. Thanks.

I think it is personal preference. If they are whole hops I don't use a bag. I did a brew with 1.5 oz. of pellets and did not use a bag. I was able rack pretty clear beer afterwards.

I'm going to do an IPA soon myself, and I was planning on using Muslin bags for dry-hopping with pellets. I figure you can just rack the beer out, and get a fork or something to scoop the bag out afterwards. The only thing I'm wondering about it sanitation.
