I have a porter in the primary just starting to bubble. I want to add coffee to it. From this point, what do you think the best way to go about this is to get a LOT of coffee flavor? Thanks

Well, if you want A LOT of coffee, just get 8 oz of ground beans and toss em in the secondary. I would recommend using a hop bag with a sanitized marble in it to prevent from clogging your siphon. Leave it in 24-48 hrs then bottle. You're essentially just cold brewing the coffee.

I would recommend using Randy Moshers cold extraction method. I believe its about a half pound of coarse grounds soaked in 24 oz of water in a fridge over night. If you wanted an insanely intense coffee flavor you could do maybe 3/4 pound of grounds. I wouldn't do more than that though or you might end up with coffee plus alcohol rather than beer.
