Should I be refrigerating or freeze my grains and hops?
How long til they go bad just at room temp?

Hops I would freeze if you can. Some will last longer than others..usually 1 year plus for most hops.
Grain that is un crushed..just keep air tight seal in a cool dry place(basement)..will last for a year plus easily..if it is crushed than maybe a month or 2 at most.

I don't know if its right or wrong....but I put everything in the fridge......grains, extract... whatever....I figure it can't hurt......(I hope....)
