My red ale has been sitting under my stairs for almost 3 months now. Over that period of time I have tried 4 bottles. All of them were intensely yeasty, other than that they taste fine. But I really hate yeast flavors! I have tried waiting, I have tried keeping them in the fridge for 3 or 4 days before drinking, I am out of ideas. Please help me save my beer!

The flavors may be due to fermentation temperatures or yeast health and not because the yeast are not settling out.

What did you make, what yeast did you use, and what temp did you ferment at?
Even your brewing process might help solve the problem.

Also how long did you leave in the primary? What was the OG and the FG those are important numbers to measure. Keep records and taste your beer at every event/transfer from the boil. Youll learn if it does get infected where it went wrong. What kind of water did you use? These are all things to consider. Good luck
