I've seen Wheat LME where it is something along the lines of 65% Wheat / 35% Barley which is what many recipes call for. I ordered some Munton's Wheat DME and am curious if this is the same thing or if it is 100% Wheat. If it is 100% Wheat could I do a recipe of 3 lbs Wheat DME and 2 lbs Light DME to make up the difference and make the most of my Wheat DME?
