Let me start off by saying that I know this doesn't really fit into any "Style", but who cares, right? I guess it kind of a Stout/Port/Wheat hybrid. Here goes:
Batch Size: 5 Gallons
Est. OG: 1.089
Est. FG: 1.020
IBU: 22
10# - 2-row Pale
5# - Carawheat
1# - Special B
1# - Chocolate Malt
.5# - Roated Barley
1oz. Centinial (10% AA) @ 60 Min
Wyeast 1728 Scottish Ale Yeat (2L Starter)
Mash @ 154º for 60 Min
Primary: 4 weeks @ 60º
Secondary 2 weeks @ 60º
I plan on adding 3 pounds of blueberries that I picked and froze from this past summer to the secondary.
Thoughts/Comments.
Cheers
