So Im putting together my first brew sculpture and I have NO idea what to do when it comes to burners. I have been looking at the Banjo Burners but Im so lost when it comes to low and high pressure. What is the difference? If I want to run two burners off of a propane tank (not at the same time) What kind of Burner do i need. Also noticed something about drilling an orifice? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I love my SQ14. Do a search on them. Excellent price-$50(most any turkey fryer/burner will at least cost you $40-100 anyway, and will not be near as nice as this). The stand has a solid build, fits any kettle/keggle, efficient burn, whisper quiet-rocks my socks!! 
Never ran multiple gas lines, but I know it can be done. I just have 2 propane tanks to run both when I need to.
