So I decided to take a stab at EdWort's Apfelwein for my second "brew"... I went to me local brew shop to pick up the yeast. I don't know much about any of this so I asked for the yeast in the recipe... He didn't have it and he handed me Lalvin Wine Yeast Souche ICY D 47. His said this will work... What are your thoughts? Don't want to ruin the batch...
