Ok, this should be really easy, but for some reason I can't get my brain around it. If I set the Johnson Controls temp controller for heating mode, do I want to set it to cut-in or cut-out at the setpoint? I'm guessing in heating mode it would be cut-out, but I just want to be sure before I bake my wort.
