I am just starting to do some home brewing in my little apartment here in Idaho. A cousin of mine has been doing this for a while and has a much better setup and is even going to start growing some hops (about an acre actually) in the future. I wanted to get on HBT to leave responses to recipes I have tried (two so far), small batch ideas (I use old one gallon wine bottles rather than carboys), and also get advice on how to create my own recipes. Glad to be a part of this and look forward to continuing my knowledge and experience in home brewing.
