Uncapping / Pouring / Aesthetics: The cap popped with a nice pssseft. Plenty of carbonation and it created a thick, but delicate head in the glass that lasted a good long time. It was a bottle conditioned beer, thus it was cloudy, especially since I did not take the time to let it sit in the fridge for a while to settle. It looked nice in my pilsener glass, a light golden color with nice lace from the head.
Aroma: Light malt aroma, slightly fruity with a bit of noble hops. I'm guessing Hallertau.
Palate: A nicely balanced delicate beer that is easily quaffable. It finishes a little dry which is desirable.
Proximity to the Style: Pretty darn spot on according to BJCP.
Overall Impression: A very tasty and quaffable beer. I could sit and knock a few of these back and enjoy them. It's SWMBO approved!
