You are way low on hops. Maybe kick it up around 30-35 IBU or so just to balance out the malt if you don't want it too hoppy. I just brewed an ESB about as big and I was in the 40s.

But it will make beer if you make it how you have it.

+1 on the IBU's. Otherwise sounds like a good recipe.
If it were me, and this is just personal preference, I would drop the wheat by a lb, and make it up with more pale malt.
With the mix of ingredients, this beer will have plenty of mouthfeel.

Neither flesh, nor fowl, nor good red herring. Not a wheat or a bitter, but I think it will be okay. High maltiness, heavy mouthfeel, low bitterness, good head retention.

This was just me playing witht he software.. could you guys recommend hops to use that might be better?

Also do you think it's really worth brewing and posting up?

those hops are fine, the IBUs are a little low though. I'd just add an extra oz at the start of the boil. BTW, that OG seems a little lower than it should be.

I'm just a noob, but the first thing that came to mind to me was British Bread Ale.

But I don't know what I am talking about. I just wanted to type British Bread Ale. (Damn I did it again....)
