High or low pressure regulator for this jet burner?

I'm using these 23tip 175k BTU jet burners in my Brutus 10 build. Should I be using a 20-30psi regulator for these or should I stick with the low pressure regulator?

I think if you use the high pressure you wil get the full btu out of it.
