Hi all. Well I just bottled my first skeeter pee batch and thought I would share the results. I followed the recipe to the letter as best I could. First off it is not clear in the bottles. Actually has a lemonade color to it. It was clear in the carboy though. Second is the taste. I feel it is a little tart ad there is definitely a small alcohol burn to it. Is there anything I can do to make this a little better or is more time needed. Current bottles have not been chilled yet. One was which is being used as my taster. Any thoughts are appreciated.
