I got a line on a chest freezer. The dimensions are 24" deep x 42" long x 34" high.

What would i need to convert this freezer into a fermentation chamber?

If it's just a ferm chamber, just a temp controller to keep it at whatever temperature you want. There's a lot about it in the DIY forum, and some in the kegging forum too.
If it's going to be a keezer, lots more, which is detailed in those forums.

you may need to put a collar on it if depending on if 34" is enough room for your fermenters. thats why i suggest the keezer threads as they all have details about collars
