After many years of brewing I was forced into looking at my water after moving to a home with very poor water for brewing. I started using RO water with basic additions, and just today used a PH meter for the first time. My predicted PH was 5.46 and my measured PH was 5.51. I felt pretty good about that. I'm very grateful to the experts on this forum who have provided so much great information!
