gas in ball lock leaking tried everything!

my gas in ball lock is leaking when pushed slightly or twisted. I have tightened everything, cleaned everything and lubed it up i dont know why it wont seal and hold. If i twist it one way it will seal but slowly works itself to a position where it slowly leakes. can there be such thing as a warped ball lock? my tank emptied on me while i wasnt paying attention so i will have to refill but any suggestions while i kill time till tomorrow?

have you checked/replaced the o-ring on the post?

no that will be next it looked good to me but that doesnt me anything does anyone elses leak if you push it a little?

I haven't noticed any leaking on mine & I'm pretty rough on them sometimes. I'm thinking the o-rings are either getting worn or have a small nick/cut that lets it leak if things move just right. A bad QD is always possible but not likely. I bought a few from the LHBS & the black QD's would not fit the out post but fit perfect on the in post, Mfg. mistakes happen.
