Hello,

I have a Bass clone that I put in the fridge to crash chill and expected to keg it after 3 days or so. Fast forward to an unexpected trip out of town and it will be in the fridge for about 12-14 days before I am home to keg it. I think it will be fine but wondered what you think?

FYI it is still in primary and was 3 weeks in primary before I moved it to the fridge so it is on the original yeast cake.

I do that all the time, sometimes I leave it crashing for 2 weeks, I get really clear beer. You'll be fine and have a really compact yeast cake.
