I'm interested in brewing up a dark pilsener, and thinking about using Morgan's Golden Saaz for a base to work from. I've got Cascades and Saaz hops on hand, and Black Patent malt, and some light DME. Anyone have any thoughts as to how much of what a guy might want? I'm thinking 4 oz of the Black Malt, but since I don't know how hoppy the kit is, I'm not sure I want to do much more than maybe add some finish hops...
