Secondaried my porter and added the coconut. Yeast decided to wake up. I'll be babysitting this carboy all night now. ****. I went as far as to bring it two flights up from the basement into the whirlpool tub in case the thing decides to bubble over (it did twice today - I had to siphon a bit of beer out once already).

Drinking the rest of my imperial stout - the first half went well with my Junior's cheesecake. forgot all about it as I tended to the carboy. What the fook, man.

I did it to my buddy all the time. Instant moment ruiner cuz he'd laugh and his girl would get pissed. I miss college antics :mug:

3/4 Dubbel here. Homemade pizza/focaccia with fresh mozz, roasted tomatoes, and bacon. Been on a bacon bender since I pulled the 5 lb pack of Benton's out of the deep freeze.

I want another brew now that the Amber Alert is over and this fookbag was shot.
 
Having another Swagger and on a whim I decided to take a sample of my American barleywine that's been bulk conditioning for seven months. It's tasting pretty good so I figure I'll be dry hopping it before the year is out. I just still haven't decided which variety I am going to use. Probably Cascade or US Goldings.
