I've been using Weyermann Pale wheat for some time now and have also used Rahr white wheat but for my belgians so I never side by sided them until my recent order. Anyhow, I always thought Weyermann's looked like red wheat and when I got my recent order the color difference between the two is quite obvious. So, I was just looking to see if anyone can confirm or not whether the Weyermann Pale Wheat is a red wheat kernel. Thanks.
