I'm jealous. I've got two muscadine vines in the back yard, but my black clay ground's so alkali they won't produce unless I put out sulphur in the spring. And even then it's not what you'd call bumper crops.
 
Lalvin EC-1118 mainly and I experiment with K1-V1116, D47, Cote De Blanc and Montrachet.
