I've done four extract brews and have decided to take the jump to AG brewing. I have all the equipment now to take the step, but I have a question about my burners.

with all of my extract brews I've done a full boil (6 gal.) on my electric stove and had no problems. That being the case, I shouldn't need a turkey fryer or something similar right?

Your more likely to want to do around a 7 gallon boil but if you're stove top can handle it you are very very lucky. If that is the case then you don't need a seperate burner unless you or SWMBO decides you need to brew outside.

Need a turkey fryer? Probably not. Will you want a turkery fryer so you don't make a mess of the house or apt. or needlessly heat the house or apt. up on warm days? Absolutely.
