I am planning to brew tomorrow, but......
My recipe calls for 8oz brown malt and I forgot to order it.
It's an extract so it will only be steeped. So I was wondering
if I can substitute 8oz of chocolate malt?
Will this work or be a bit of an overload of chocolate malt?
