I'd pay attention to the pressure ratings, particularly if your rig is high pressure.
that's a hp line, but yes, i'd still be careful

I'm running propane on a 10 psi regulator with these burners...

It all depends what your rig is, and what your gas source is. You may be able to use that,try it out, if it doesn't fit, just use a lot of thread tape (don't really do this, you may kill yourself or others)
Do not exceed pressure ratings, and make sure you have good connections (soapy water trick), and you should be okay.

Do not use teflon tape or other thread compounds on metal to metal flare seals (between the flarenut and the adapters). Its fine on the NPT side of the adapter.
