1 half carcass roasted chicken.
2 12 oz bottles of imperial stout
4 12 oz bottles of amber
2 sprigs of sage
5 sprigs of oregano
2 sprigs of marjoram
1 bulb of garlic
2 cups soy sauce
Put all in a 3 gallon kettle. Fill to the top with water. Boil for 15-24 hours topping off the water as needed.
Take the water off as broth. drink or use for other recipes. This is the most fantastic chicken broth.
The remainders can be re-cooked with some rice, onions, carrots, celery for a great soup.
