I own a 14.5 gal Blichmann Fermenator. I really like it. Before I would have to clean 4 carboys to do 10 gallons worth of beer in primary and secondary. Now its just one. I don't know if the beer tastes any better, but its worth it for the coolness factor. I don't think i'd get a 7 gal one, but only because i don't brew batches that size.
