Kegerator for lagering?

If I got a kegerator could I use it for lagering when not in use as a tap? Would the temp get that low? Anyone have experience with this?
 
If you make a kegger out a freezer, no problem. Refrigerator-based keggers may be limited to 34-35F, which is good enough. Commercial keggers can keep close to that as well. I keep my kegger at 33-34F for the soda water, beer comes in from the conditioning cabinet.
