I found what I think is a great set of directions for simple all grain brewing at this link, it seems to go along with what I've read but having never done all grain I wanted a second opinion.

Can some of you veteran all-grainers take a look to see if it looks promising or if I'm destined for failure. I know it may not be the best but I have to start somewhere.:D

EDIT: I did a search on this site for "cruisenews" and it looks like a good place to start. I think I will go with a 10 gallon cooler for the high gravity beers this Fall.

The only thing that worries me is the cork and tube. Seems a little too fragile to me. I have the same cooler with a Kewler Kit attached. I am by no means "veteran" though.

yep, Ive read that one over and over many times.

all grain really is the way to go. the extra 3 hours in the session allows for more beer consumption.
