Joshua, just want to give you a heads up. I realize you guys are really busy but it's becoming so hard to get anything ordered with you guys if you have to call. I've made a couple of purchases from Canada and have been really happy with the products but it's looking like I'll be going somewhere else now.
I asked you on here about half price shipping to Canada and you said you could do it and I should just mention it when I talk to Ben. I emailed Ben and got a quote from him right away which I was happy about. He asked me to call him to place the order. I called on Wednesday within minutes of his email and when he didn't answer I left a message for him to call me back. Didn't hear back so I called again on Friday. Still didn't hear back so I ended up putting the order in with a canadian company on the weekend. It was pretty much the same price but so much easier to get a hold of someone. I really like your products and you guys are obviously competitively priced. I'd almost be willing to pay a little more if the service was there though.
Don't want to gripe about it as it's not really a big deal for me as I can go somewhere else, but thought you might want to know from a feedback standpoint.
