Hey from Toledo/Oregon, OH been brewing for 2 months now, started with a gluten free ale (no kit, bad idea) turned out rough at first but as with everything time is healing all wounds. i actually found myself craving the taste of my beer the other day. recipe might need some tweaking. have since brewed a red ale kit from local brew store, and a pale ale that i cant wait to finish(first time dry hopping). bottled the GF beer, Kegged the red ale, and as much as i prefer kegging now i will prolly bottle my pale ale. if it turns out good i will post recipe on here.
