Doh my beer got warm!

My beer got warm during fermentation. We had a couple of weeks of 95F+ days (unusual this time of year in WVa). Apparently I didn't keep the frozen water bottles rotated enough. Anyway, I got 5 gal of juicy fruit pumpkin ale! LOL The beer smells great! It just has that off flavor. I won't be sharing this one with friends. Damnit!!!

Oh well, time to quit screwing around and build a fermentation chamber for sure. I'm thinking chest freezermentor. SWMBO's only comment was..."are we going to be able to afford the electric bill?" HAHAHA

Dude you'll hardly notice the freezer. Do it. Set and forget my friend. No rotating bottles
