I know people post beer and health articles up here from time to time, and I am sure that most people know by now that the consensus is in moderation, alcoholic beverages have some cardiovascular benefit. I should also note that the article is about the benefits of pairing regular physical activity with moderate alcohol consumption. I thought there were a few interesting findings:
