Hi,
I was wondering if making beer from extract kits require the same fermentor/bottle conditioning times as full grain or partial mash brewing does because of it's initial preparation? Thanks for your thoughts.

Affirmative. Same deal. The only diff is that the extract was "pre-made" for you rather than you having to mash grain to get sugars from them. All steps after that are the same.

Yes...Beer is beer regardless of how it was made. The only difference between AG and extract brewing is that the first thing ag brewers do is MAKE EXTRACT..that's what the mashing process is....EXTRACTING sugars from grain.

Extract brewers are just using like frod said "pre-made." But regardless, once the wort is fermented it still needs to condition.
