I just wanted to post a recipe that I've been making recently. It's pretty tasty. This makes one liter.
32 oz of water
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup of fresh lime juice (about 3 limes)
1 teaspoon of ginger powder
2 inches of fresh ginger (cut into about 5 pieces)
1/4 tsp cream tartar (optional)
Heat up water. Once it is close to a boil, put everything in, stir so that the sugar dissolves, and boil for 5 minutes.
For carbonation, I use my CO2 setup with the carbonator cap.
