Hello from Pennsylvania. Long time consumer, first time brewer. Got an American Cream Ale Bottled : Aging and a Bitters in 2nd fermentation. Learned alot in the past month from some local brew stores and a brother that use to be in the business. Hears hoping for a long term hobby or whatever.
