Hi all
i am on my 3rd batch of lager and my last batch i bottled for the first time, i followed the instructions with this kit, ie i put the right amount of sugar when priming the bottles.
However most of the bottles when i opened them did not have any head when i poured them and appeared flat, i would say about 2 in 10 fizzed when i opened them and i got a good head on my pint.
Could it be anything to do with the tops i use? as i use the plastic re usable ones that click into the top of the bottles.
Or is there something else i am missing?
Thanks all
Chris
